I pray you and your family are safe. I will also like to add I was on for high blood pressure medicines that I’ve been taken off of no longer needing and my other two type two diabetes medication. It will happen for you as well.❤❤❤

I don’t mean to laugh but I’m on MJ 76 weeks in and 116 pounds down one of the first things I lost was my ta-tas 46 DD to a 38DD unfortunately but yet fortunately we lose weight everywhere I’ve come to grasp with that 30 more and I will be at goal. I love hearing your journey. Our community is really wonderful with helping each other out as we enter into our own personal journey if anyone chooses to go namebrand or compound and have any questions, please feel free to ask one thing that they should keep in mind all side effects can be combated

By the way, HEBs have power and internet because each store has their own generator source! We spent a hour just walking around in one today! 😉 We will probably be back tomorrow with 75% of the people in the neighborhood. 😩

Glad you made it through the storm with minimal damage. 🙏🏼 My husband commutes between our two cities quite often because the company he works for designs, manufactures, and manages those giant generators HEB uses. Next time stroll through a Buc-ee’s, they also have them. 👍🏼

Thankyou for sharing your life with us. I'm on week 5 tirzep. I track protein, calories and fiber. I love eating low calories, low carb tortillas and they are high fiber. I eat them everyday.

You are so right with taking photos! It is such a great way to track progress outside of the scale. I would love to know once you finish your tests with the stretch mark creams because I could definitely use that for my stomach. 😭 Congratulations on losing so many inches from your waist! Great recap! I missed when your pen exploded! 😳😲 I’m not consistent with measurements either but they are a great way of measuring progress. As for your goal of getting off medications, you’ll get there. You WILL make it happen! You’re going great, keep it up!

@@2.0mommy Hey! Yes that episode was priceless. I should have been on 5mg but I could only get my hands on a box of 2.5. The whole time I discussed whether or not to give myself the one 2.5 or do two 2.5 to equal 5. The universe answered for me! 🤦🏾♀️ two injections since the first did not go in! SMH

Hi Allana, so good to see you always so happy your losing weight and your so right I also get worried about what the long mg term to stay this way and how it will be if we get off the medication and it’s really something to think about and figure out what is best for us maybe stay on maintenance or like you said mindset please be safe and blessings through this storm🙏🏼❤️🎄

When did the two vitamins that you take the one that's $80 and the one that you decided to take in place of the $80 liquid vitamin

@@brandimckenith2730 Mary Ruth’s Liquid Morning Multivitamin ($80). It gave me energy and the taste was ok! But $80 was a lot for me. I purchased it through Klarna, so I paid $18 every two weeks. I am now on GNC Women’s Daily Multivitamin. It’s a big pill, but much much cheaper!

@@brandimckenith2730 Honestly, no! The Mary Ruth helped with my sleepiness after taking the injection. I didn’t have it. After I ran out of it is when the sleepiness hit. Many years ago, I took One A Day, but I never felt a difference and my labs never showed a difference. My kids take the One A Day for teen girls and teen boys. They love them. I use GNC due to the price and my (iron) blood work shows slightly higher quality on them. Hope this is helpful.

@@joyceteixeira5881 Good morning! Just for clarification, I started at 2.5mg for a month and the 5mg for several months. I had to drop back down to 2.5mg because of the shortage.I then went back to 5mg and now I am on 7.5mg. I hope that the is information was helpful.
