Mam , due to avn of hips I cannot do these asanas but I want to reduce my thigh n butt fat. Can u please make a video of asanas on loosing hips n butt fat for people with problem in hips ... infact videos of simple asanas for people with similar problem will be very beneficial. Therefore, these changes stay as it is even after u stop doing them for a while ( not if you go back to unhealthy lifestyle ofc) , unlike changes due to gyming and medications . No manipulation only regulation by yoga.
