Hello ma'am..thank you for this video...i was doing yoga since 13-14 yrs...but 6 mnths before i was hvg scitica pain...dr suggested MRI...report came that mild slip disc was there... can you pls tell me whether i can do surya namaskar or not ? hve done physiotherapy for that ...and both the physio Dr and ortho Dr..have recommended not to do forward bending asans and not to sit on floor. Pls guide me ma'am i m very much confused. Pls pls reply ma'am...

Namaste. Ginger and Mango-ginger are two different things . Mango ginger (Curcuma amada) is a different species of ginger that has a flavor similar to ginger but with a hint of raw mango. Using mango ginger might alter the flavor of your dish due to the subtle differences in taste between the two. Hope this helps
