Great stuff, supermotos are the best. I've got so many ex-liter superbike friends who've swapped over. +6: They resist drops better and are cheaper to fix.

6. If you fall you only have some plastic damage which is easy and cheap to fix!

I would only recommend them as a second bike. Had one for 1 month and it was fun, but so impractical. I had to fill up every 2 days and the seat was not comfortable for longer than 20 minutes.

Start with a supermoto if were used to ride MTBs, it’s a great transition.

Love my ktm sm. Only complaints is little high (and im 6'1") and the seat even on a ktm is pretty hard. Oh and aftermarket parts are pretty expensive.
