What I like about your food videos is that they’re actually practical for People that work an actual job. So many of these influencers who do this full time expect you to make their fancy ass recipes that takes too much time and preparation.

Agreed, that's the biggest barrier I faced with meal prepping, I was simply too tired to do it consistently. I'd try to do these elaborate recipes lol and over do it.

Why the hell do companies add maltodextrin!!! Hidden valley ranch spice mix! The wood fired garlic spice mix! Sugar free jello and instant pudding!!! I would not have believed it myself until I wore continuous glucose monitor for 1 month - maltodextrin took my blood sugar on a roller coaster ride 🎢 of a lifetime! Unlike anything else!!!! It does make anything taste wonderful but I actually felt the spike and the crash! Totally insane! After a google search I learned this is known!!!!
