5 Year Anniversary Talk

11 ай бұрынI started my Whole Food Plant Based Journey August 2016. Esther Loveridge started at the same time. Since we both started at the same time we decided to throw a 5 year anniversary party in 2021. Esther took this video and posted it on her Facebook page (Esther's Nutrutional Journey). Because I was not a Facebook user I was mostly unaware of it. Lately I have started using Facebook. I found the video, increased the audio and decided to publish it on my website.

Bad health is like that slow train coming. It’s coming around the bend with that bad news. In most peoples cases, it’s bad health. I wanted to be that person who didn’t have to come back from bad health . The one who never went there, because I could see it coming. Your stories are what got me to see that train coming. I believe that most people just wait for it to pull into the station and have their problem happen. I want to live, not have a life where I just exist until the end. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
