My scare was my declining kidney health. Within a few months of going WFPB, my kidney function has improved greatly, and as a side effect of this way of eating, my BP has come way down. I’m now off of 3 of my 4 BP meds and only taking half of a dose of my last one. It’s been a win-win!!
