@@sayuss2721 Mix Ajwain , ginger and a pinch of turmeric with water and boil it until it becomes half..Drink it twice a day...Do Spot jogging and take no stress. Even I got my period after 3 months ..I was so much worried...take care ❤️

Hi guys, I just want to specify here that I hadn't gotten my period in almost 3 months. I took a haemoglobin test which revealed that my body had low haemoglobin levels (blood) because of which I experienced slight dizziness from time to time and also breathlessness. I practiced these yoga poses but more importantly, I have included dates, figs, pomegranate and beetroot into my diet everyday for the past 4 days and I got my period today. Diet really matters and I hope you consume consciously. Hoping for the best for all of you :)

@@rashagohar2414 I'm not experienced in this field, I would always advise you to consult a doctor but I have definitely heard that the first two years after receiving the first period is always tumultuous and erratic in nature. Please do give her the best of diet and consult a doctor :)

so i have a dumb question i get my periods irregularly and 2 weeks ago i got my period and finsihed but i want to get regular periods so if i did this would i get my period tmrw because that means i didn't complete the 28 day cycle or i will come normally

It's unbelievable, i just got my period by doing this one time.I noticed one thing that diet and yoga is the key tool to get a regular period. Alhamdulillah (all praise to Almighty)

I did this only once in the morning with empty stomach... Along with that i also did suryanamaskaar and pranayam(which I do regularly).

Omg. These exercises worked. I want to cry. It’s like magic. I’ve been irregular from hormones imbalance for a year. My period was a week late. Did the exercises for 2 days straight and it came 30 minutes ago. I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I will practice yoga for now on. You are an angel in disguise. ❤️ UPDATE: My period came on time (every 30 days) this month and last month. Exactly. I can’t stop bragging about your video. Thank you angel 😇 UPDATE: August 4, 2022 My period is still regular. I haven’t did the exercises in a few months. But I will start back just to keep my body in good motion

@@suma588 is it’s normal now? I started over 2 months ago and I’m periods came exactly every 30-31 days these past 2 periods 😊 🙏🏾. Do I follow this exercise daily? No. I do it one week prior 2x per day of expecting my period. Did I change my diet? No. Do I eat healthy all the time? No. Hope this helps 😊

I was worried and stressed about my late periods. It makes me literally sick. Thank God I saw this video. I gradually came through this video. And in the comment section, I saw most of them said within 3days they got their periods. I did the exercise, with no surprise I got my periods in 3rd day of exercise. That powerful it is. I decided to continue this exercise. And I will suggest to someone who is struggling to regularize their periods. 😇 stay happy

@It’s yasmine that should be because of vaccine, almost all women got late periods after three months of vaccine shot, come out of your comfort zone and do excercise and eat peanuts cake and sweets

💯 Reccomended because my period was late for 5 months, i did this and the next day my period came. I just followed the video ( no extend time for the yoga, just followed the video) I'm very grateful. Thank you so much ❤️ if ur period didn't came yet. Try this until u got your period. Oh ya also don't forget to do spot jogging for 10 - 15 minutes.

Do it twice, morning and evening just 1mim every exercise is enough..it's join ur pain and capacity maximum half hr..do it again and again... that's enough... maximum within 1 week or 10 days the result will be good...

Yoga was a life changer for me... I experienced irregular periods for 5yrs ... Consulted as many doctors I can.. nothing helped to cure only it was a waste of time under medicines... I was totally stressed and depressed with this irregular periods... But then after viewing peoples reviews on yoga for irregular periods on social media.. I started to do yoga at home with the KZfaq assistance at my own risk... Never ever did yoga in my life until the very 1st time now... But surely it did a miracle tat I'm never late on periods for the past 8months it was on date not a single day missed...

Yep it worked. I missed my period a week ago. Breasts was very tender and stomach bloated. Did this workout today. One set in the morning and another set around 1pm. It is now 6:29 pm and my period just came.

those exercises are very effective, tbh i missed 2 months of period , even malt drinks, grape juice and hormones pills didnt work. i was soo hopeless , untill i yesterday 25 july 2017 ', i came across this video, since im fat i thought it is difficult to do those exercise, i was keen to give a try one of those exercise which is holding feet from back, it was painful n difficult ,it was just a try and today 26th of july 2017 , i finally got my period in the morning and i hope all women having this missing period be solved just like i did one of those exercise and thank you very much for making that video 😀😀😀

When i first came across this video and read the comments, i obviously could not believe but thought of giving it a shot as i have pcod since 4yrs and irregular periods are common. I did these yoga for just one day and next day i have my periods. Also i have included cinnamon powder in my green tea on regular basis. But these yoga worked like magic.

I found this video in evening after having my snack. So I decided to do only butterfly one since I had my snack rest would be done on next morning. You can't believe ... next morning I got my period without doing that day. I was late by 13 days. Learning: Yoga is really powerful. I have decided that I would continue yoga forever. It works! I had read the comments, and decided to work on them..After three days I got my result... But the yoga is really beneficial if u do it on daily basis. Don’t just do yoga and exercises when the problem arises. It’s better to treat a problem rather than just trying to skip it... No exercise and improper diet is also responsible for irregular periods.... So keep going!

I missed my menstrual cycle for two months.. Tried every single method nothing helped...Came across this video.. then read comments and as mostly they were positive..i tried 1st 2nd and last posture... I got my periods within 18 hours.. Really it was like a magic... Along with proper diet..and exercise.. Pray well God is the one who can do miracles above everything which seems to be impossible...

Everyone here commented they got their periods within few days or even few hours after doing these yoga poses. I did it for 12 days straight and yet didnt get my periods, was going to give up but then I thought I shouldn't. I got my periods on 15th day ! I think this really works. I also focused on my diet and other forms of exercise (HIIT) though. Dont give up, just keep on exercising.

Nisha Acharya I’ve read that you should hold each position for at least „10 breaths” which means you have to slowly breath in and breath out ten times. I did one in the afternoon and one in the morning the next day and it really brought my period back 😉💕

@It’s yasmine Hi, I'm 18. I didn't do it on any particular day, so I don't think that it matters, just do it whenever you feel like it. I also did the "healthy blood flow" by Yoga with Adriene which is another yt channel. I think I did it for like 3 days in a row. It may also be due to your diet - if you eat too little or don't have some vitamins. I'm a vegetarian and I had too little B12 vitamin in my diet so now I'm taking some supplements. It can also be stress or too little sleep. Mine came back for the holidays as I didn't have any school to stress about haha. My period is still not perfect but I know that the best thing you can do is take good care of your body and mind plus do some yoga. Also, If you are exercising, remember to stretch after every workout. If u are worried its the best to go to the doctor. I still haven't been to gynecologyst but I got my hormones tested from blood and it turned out their level was ok. I should probably go but I still leave it over haha. Thank u so much for uploading this video it's real helpful,,,, in Feb my periods delayed by 10 days, and when it came, the blood was little I was so much worried,,,,,so this time round in March I was supposed to get my periods on 26th March but I didn't , after watching this video today, I did this exercise n after 3hours I couldn't see any thing like blood I was like may be this exercise won't help, then I decided to go to the doctor on my way to meet the doctor that was after 4hours I had some fluid coming I had to branch off some where to check my self,,,, I was very happy to see my pees in time I just stopped there I didn't see the doctor thanks so much dear for this video it real helped me a lot .

Wanted to comment I hadn’t gotten my period in almost 2 months a while back and I almost went to a doctor for it, however I did this for 2 days and it came back. This actually works I’d recommend giving it a try if ur periods a bit late!! :)

Now I'm back at this video after trying for 3 weeks. Guys im shocked over here ! I had irregular period for a couple of months since i lost almost 10 kilograms of my weight and i wasn't eating enough. But i've been drinking lots of ginger and cinnamon tea while doing this exercises almost everyday, and of course increasing my calories and avoiding stress , i got my period now ! I was in tears of relief and of happines. I also prayed to god alot. Thank you soooo muchhhh !!! You really helped me !

Honestly am from uganda and am soo overwhelmed this isn't a joke this really work. I had lost my periods for 5months and I was really worried until I landed on this video am so much happy for real I did the exercise for three days and my periods showed on the third day of the exercise. Thank you soo much . I’ve always had pretty healthy periods , but this time my flow was very scanty . So i tried this ,don’t know if i did them perfectly but within 15 mins my flow increased. Definitely recommend this 💯.
