RECIPES

1 cup Greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
½ cup fruit of choice
1 Tbsp sweetener of choice, to taste (if desired)
FLAVOR IDEAS:
Berry Blue Blast: blueberries + raspberries
Strawberry Banana Burst: strawberry + banana
Mango Tango: mango + pineapple
Add yogurt, fruit, and sweetener to a food processor or blender. Blend until integrated.
Transfer Go-Gurt mixture from food processor or blender and into a measuring cup. Using a funnel, pour Go-Gurt mixture into plastic Go-Gurt bag and seal.
Refrigerate, or freeze for a summer treat!
Lasts 3-5 days in the fridge.
Yields 5 Go-Gurt packets.

I am so happy for you I have been watching you for the entire 3 years, I don't comment often but it has been awesome watching you and Christian move from place to place and seeing your growth in not only content but physical location too. I loved the first time you showed the behind the scenes of how you would have to take the shots of the food outside on the little table standing on a chair because there just wasn't enough room inside to get shots that you needed in your small (tiny) kitchen. I recently found your channel and I love it! I have always tried to be conscious of what I eat, but since I had my 4th child 3 months ago, the tired and busy adjustment took a toll on my eating. When I first came across this channel I was really hesitant to subscribe. "Healthy" food wasn't something I enjoyed very much at the time, but when I kept coming back and watching videos and ENJOYING them, I knew that was it. Congrats! This is seriously one of my favorite channels. I have a 7 month old baby & my diet was very unhealthy for the first 6 months because I couldn't find the time to cook. I don't think I'd ever eat anything you make on Eat the Pizza because it's usually too rich for my tastes, but it's so fun to watch you guys get creative with "pizza", and the editing/sound effects are great! I recommend your recipes and meal prep tips all the time. You are one of the only food channels I actually utilize stuff from in my daily life. Easily the most relatable channel. Also waiting on a Target/Walmart meal prep video 😉
