@@Chloe-pk7xv well I kinda understand them because it’s like a common belief(?) that the probability of a high school / early college relationship happening more than once in a very broad friend group is close to 0. I don’t want to speak for everyone and that’s totally not my experience(actually, the opposite), but I just kinda noticed that tendency among my acquaintances, it’s just hard for them to believe love like this exists and they would totally claim the show as “unrealistic” if not only Corey and Topanga were endgame. Same with directors, most opt for fling-like relationships . I wish this was different at least once

I always genuinely loved Shawn and Angela on boy meets world but I will say I was happy with who he ended up with on girl meets world since he and her shared a lot in common both being love weary and of course the best part was him getting to be Maya's dad. Since he wanted to be her dad and she his daughter. It finally gave all 3 of them the family they always wanted.

I actually think they were laughing at the audience, because they have to wait for the audience to finish laughing. I’ve noticed this in other scenes if the audience has a big reaction to a scene the actors will laugh too but try to suppress it.
