Think of it like the total amount of knowledge about a subject is a box, and the amount of an individuals knowledge is a cube in the box, somebody who knows a decent amount on the subject will have a medium size box and can barely see the edges of the box, while someone who is a novice will not even know they are inside a box and think the little of what they know is the extent of the box.

@@2hard2find We have a similar show here in Germany, but usually its 2-3 cooks coming along and kinda playing off of each other. There was ine episode where the food was fantastic. Like legit good by a relatively young chef. But the location of the restaurant was so far away from anything that simply no one knew about the place. The 3 professional cooks were legit happy being able to show the chef some advanced skills rather than starting with the basics. Beyond that its always the food. Always.
