Is there anyway you can record yourself physically showing yourself with someone using this as your voice over

I think everyone wants you to do demonstrations with a sparring partner. Maybe do the drills and voice over them.

Michael Ray I started wrestling my junior year and I never played any other sports before wrestling but I enjoyed the sport. I think you don’t need to be good at something to enjoy it.

I do wrestling for 3 years. Haven't won any competition(not even 3rd place) due to the butterfly thing and Insanely strong opponents. Although I have height advantage at times and long arms(meaning chopstick arms) My trainer said I was a strength type aswell I lack on control. I need tips

ITS NO USE your over thinking it and work on your balance. Trust me you are a lot stronger when you trust your strength

@@skinnytv1242 Couldnt be more true, Im a highschool wrestler and i was moved up 2 weight classes for a tournament I was outweighed by almost 20 pounds I knew I wasnt as strong as them but I could be explosive I gave it my all and ended up coming 2nd and pinning 2 oponents in the first period.

i started wrestling this year and i get so nervous on the tournaments and i was wondering how to be ready for them. i get nervous for shooting
@Rishi-oi4ef5 жыл бұрын
everyone gets butterflies when they wrestle, a good way to get over that is envision yourself going 100% like you would at practice, not if you’re wrestling at a big tournament. theres also other stuff like a good warm up, listening to music, really amping yourself up before a match can help a lot with nervousness
@KB-jk9wk5 жыл бұрын
Idk if this helps you but before I go out on the mat I shake my arms,legs, and do a few stretches. It helps me calm down and get ready

The worst thing that can happen is losing. If you lose don’t sweat it. It’s my first season as well and the only wins I have are forfeits.

would appreciate if you would actually show some examples, not just talk. for me a newbie to wrestling what you talk is pretty much useless for people just starting out.
