I don’t have a big match today but I get to wrestle my friend who I have a “rivalry” against I have lost to him like 4-5 times but last time we went into the 3rd 6-6 and he pinned me because I messed up and he has wrestled for 9 years and I’m on my 3rd so I really wanna beat him and I’m a little nervous ngl
@pumpkineatr69 Жыл бұрын
One time in 8th grade, this kids entire family was trying to taunt me. The person I needed to wrestle was built. But his entire family was like, "are you (my name)" I say yes and they just stare at me smiling as if I don't know what I am getting into. And then, we had a lunch break. I shadow wrestled. I was pretty nervous because I was in 4 matches. for some reason when I make it to the mat, ALL OF MY ADRENALINE went away. I won in 15 seconds, and his cousins, brothers ,I don't know were mad at me but it's ok cause I got first place in the conference

Great info! I would love to share this with my three young wrestling boys, unfortunately the language prevented me from passing that along. Might want to keep that in mind if you want a following of younger wrestlers.
@isaacgomez695 жыл бұрын
I don't know, Maybe my videos aren't for the super young wrestlers but I think a little bit of cursing helps the kids relate to the situation. I didn't know a single person after 5th grade who didn't curse like a sailor and especially with the introduction of the phones with internet barely anybody was "innocent" for any given period of time. I feel if I don't use my normal language I would be seen as insincere and that's absolutely not what I want. sometimes someone has to tell a wrestler not to be a pussy, it went a very long way with me. I hope I explained it well enough to where you can pass the info along to your kids.
@shawnl4055 жыл бұрын
Isaac Gomez, I 100% disagree. But this is your channel and you can do that as you will. Being a mom means I prescreen anything my children hear, therefore I won’t have to discuss this with them since they will not be able to watch it unfortunately because it doesn’t fit the standards of what I allow them to hear and see. I am in no way criticizing, I was just giving you my two cents. It would be nice for them to be able to listen to somebody who has been through similar situations and my boys (ages 6, 8 and 10) love to talk to young men your age, so you may want to keep that in mind if your goal in anyway is to be a role model. Best of luck.
