This 69 Nova is powered by 406 I like that big black Chevrolet and it runs real good horsepower I like it when you step on the gas you did a great job to 19 69 no thank you.

Ahh getting ready to swap from a 350 to a 406 in my 88 silver auto, planing to build a 383 stoker at some point.

Legendary ZACH4 the same owner of this car has a 70' chevy pickup with a 355 mid motor with 4 speed, very cool and fun to drive. I'm running a 383 stroker in my bracket car, just put a new intake on and I'm probably going to fire it up today and tune the carb.

+Jonathan Gurley Dart Iron Eagle Heads, Weiland single plane intake holley 750 carb, and as far as pistons i believe they are dished lower compression for later nitrous use.

Greg Stanley is it any problem seeing over it, or can I add an inch or two? I am getting a 69 chevelle, and I am putting a 408 sbc in it, and I was wondering how tall I could make it and still see, because I am putting an assault high rise intake that is pretty beefy.

phil johns funny that you mentioned the chevelle, good friend of mine just bought a 72 chevelle. I will probably see him this weekend and I will look at it to see what hood he has and how much room there is to work with....

Not exactly sure, this was before we put a supercharge on this motor, If I had to guess I would say around 500+ now...

I think he is running a summit brand electric fuel pump. I run a blue holley pump @ 6.5 psi.

yeah he is just running headers for now, will have to run pipes and mufflers to be street legal, exhaust cut-outs will be installed...
