Join me for a quick standing pilates and stretch routine you can do anytime you’re in need of some feel good movement and are short on time. You can use this as a warm up and cool down as well as on it's own. A full body standing pilates session with gentle music and calm voice to help ease any stress or anxiety as well as give you a good stretch. It’s ideal if you’re spending a lot of time sitting down as it moves through all the leg, hip, shoulder and chest muscles and includes guided breathing for a calming experience. Perfect for any time of day and no equipment needed. A simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit, flexible and stress free wherever you are.
