Join me for a quick standing pilates and stretch routine you can do anytime you’re in need of some feel good movement and are short on time. You can use this as a warm up and cool down as well as on it's own. A full body standing pilates session with gentle music and calm voice to help ease any stress or anxiety as well as give you a good stretch. It’s ideal if you’re spending a lot of time sitting down as it moves through all the leg, hip, shoulder and chest muscles and includes guided breathing for a calming experience. Perfect for any time of day and no equipment needed. A simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit, flexible and stress free wherever you are.

Lovely, bad night of disturbed sleep from a tummy bug last night, needed something short and gentle to loosen tight muscles, this was perfect, thank you! Oh, I do love that leg workout on the beach, I really feel it, don’t need any equipment, plus works my balance! I was going to do it this afternoon - but this relaxing stretch workout was a lovely prelunch session, as a break from chores. Thanks for all you do!

I love this! I think it would be perfect to do anytime, as you said. I’m thinking of trying this during my mid-morning or afternoon breaks to help relieve stress from my job. Love the relaxing music. Glad you’re doing well after your foot surgery! 😊🌻

I love this wee session! I do it at least 3 times a week - brilliant for bringing me right down to earth if I have done (what I consider!) "a hot and sweaty" workout beforehand. This morning it's absolutely chucking it down outside- so I opened the patio doors and was in your garden instead! 😉 Thanks Rachel

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Love these standing workouts as due to 2 hip and a knee replacement can't get up and down off the floor as these keep me stretched. Keep up the great work🥰

Did Pilates years ago...trying to revisit it but issues standing, walking (VERY balance-challenged) along with frustration of diminished flexibility in some joints. :( Adore your Senior Mat sequence (would love another like it!) but gave this a try (chair at the ready!). Enjoyed the flow and made it through despite the unsteadiness. Will definitely revisit with hopes of seeing improvement. Thanks!

lots of these movements remind me of qigong excercises. // if you were to be barefoot on the grass you could be to earth energy.. look up grounding if unfamiliar.
