Join me for a lovely 10 minute morning wake up and stretch pilates workout. A great way to start your day as well as to prepare for a longer workout. You can use this as a cool down session too. Simple , effective movements to gently wake up the body and prepare it for whatever your day has in store. Do it anytime, it feels great! Suitable for all ages too.

have been following your sessions for 2 years as I gradually recover from several health setbacks. WOW you have had sessions for every level of ability and stamina. The ability to follow arm stretches has been gradual and enhance recovery. Balance is my next target and trust you have a sequence of sessions to assist me in reaching my goal. I'm so happy I have found such a a short but magical workout for pianists, like me. It cares for all those parts of our body under stress, as back, shoulders, wrists.. Good for any musician actually... 🎼🎶😉🎵🎶

Hi Rachel, hello from Australia. I am recovering from a broken wrist and found this video a good one to improve the mobility of my wrist. The different placement of hands, hips shoulders and turning above the head were all helpful

Oh thank you so much. I am 2 weeks after a hysterectomy and feeling stiff and sore after being inactive and this stretch workout was perfect and made me feel part of the human race again. Really made me feel a step further toward normality.
