Both Thighs 20.5" (measuring the bulkiest part ie. Much agreed. I did the 'lose a cm in a week' workout and I had notible results. (This was after lockdown so I went from doing nothing for months to working out every day).

Lucy, I got really emotional while doing these workouts with you. I was crying tears of relief. I’ve really struggled getting active again after a tailbone injury, but your videos have given me the motivation to get up again and get fit. Thank you for making the low impact workouts, they make working out doable for me again. And thank you for wearing modest clothes as I have a bunch of little boys running around in my house. My hope is to keep up with them by working out with you. Thank you!

Oh the burn today! 🔥 I did this along with last week's arm workout & the previous week's abs! It's tough but I am really enjoying it all! Especially the balancing moves as I do love my Yoga and those moves remind me of three of my fave yoga poses! 😄 Much gratitude Lucy. ✨🍀💖🙏💖🍀✨💋☺️

Just finished it and loved it as much as the other ones I have been doing for almost a month. I see lovely results on all levels so I want to keep going! And it's fun to change things up a bit yet get the same quality of a workout. I love Lucy's creativity to make it more fun! Miss Lucy I am amazed with your creativity in finding fun moves which could help tone our bodies. Now t bend 😭. But I will try. But could you give me a hint on how to bend ? One of the Lucy team helped me earlier with this. That helped me. But I want all of us to get this pointer from you. When I observe the leg on which you bend is there any proportion to look at. Which part should come forward while bending?

Your workouts are really helpful mam I have loosen many inches from my body before I was 40, 38 ,44 but now i am 34, 32, 34 Before my weight was 75 but now it's around 60
