Thank you. Currently i do not follow a routine, but i used to do a 4 day Push Pull split (2 days outside, 2 in the gym). I also visit the gym at least once a week now.

Whats your max pullups number? I also want do muscle ups but i dont know at what level of strenght i need to get to perform them

I can do like 27 on a good day. The thing about muscle us is that you engage more explosive muscle fibers. I recommend practicing by pulling yourself as explosive and as high as you can first. Dont overdo it though, you might snap something
