Listen to your body and go with the flow: Fill your lungs (inhale through your nose or mouth) deeper than you thought possible and then let the air out (exhale through your mouth)! Inhale fully from stomach to chest to head, then let the exhale happen naturally. We recommend practicing right after waking up while fasting, or before a meal when your stomach is still empty.
1) Inhale deeply through the nose or mouth, and exhale unforced through the mouth, letting the air out. Fully inhale through the belly, then chest and then let go unforced. Maintain a steady pace and fully utilize the diaphragm. Repeat this 30 times.
2) After the last exhalation, inhale one final time, as deeply as you can. Then let the air out and hold for as long as you can without force. Hold until you feel the urge to breathe again.
3) When you feel the urge to breathe again, draw one big breath to fill your lungs. Inhale to full capacity. Feel your belly and chest expanding. When you are at full capacity, hold the breath for around 15 seconds, then let go.
4) Repeat this process for 7 times!
5) Close your eyes, relax and go with the flow! :)
IMPORTANT: Do this breathing technique in a comfortable seat-either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not do this practice before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or any other environment/place where it might be dangerous to faint!!!
You may feel tingling in the hands, feet, or face. These side effects are completely harmless. But, if the sensation of light-headedness gets too intense, just pause until you feel settled and then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow.

I love this one! For me i find 30 quality inhales is perfect, the key is fully relaxing into suspending the breath. Then you don’t even notice the time. So it's a good blend of longer breath holds to inhales. Thank you. And the five minute meditation at the end is the icing on the cake.

This is an awesome creation. Very powerful. Thank you. Perhaps it is especially useful to be subjected to the natural global electromagnetic resonance due to the amount of unnatural electromagnetic waves and energy people are subjected to nowadays.

Im sorting of reaching my limit at 2:20. I did breaths before hand to maximise my time. Does anyone know anything i can do to extend? Like running aka sprints or long distance?

I really love this video, but it’s only 30 breaths not 40 and I feel I need the 49 breaths to achieve 5 minutes retention. Also at start of round 4, voice says it’s the last one even though it is for 7 rounds. Are these things easy to change?

I find it similar that I need 40 breaths to get the 5 minutes, there is a 50 breath version and I have achieved 5mins with it Namaskar
