Hi worked fot 25 years in a care home and sadly got made redundant then moved onto hotel work and got fired during my probation period as im not a fast worker im 55 with a damaged leg (got hit by a car and so have reconstructed bolts and plates inserted) ater that job i then went back to nursing home care as a cleaner and for awhile it was great got on well felt positive then the probation period was extended and after that i got the bad vibes that i was being watched monitored and made to feel isolated inside my job everyone got clicky and just generally awfull my co workers during breaks got stoned and became unreliabe but because the manager is her aunt nothing was said today after 8 months of tolerating the job becuse i need the money i got fired ugain under probation so now looking for another job any advice o how to be more job savy and confident need help
