This is so timely. I've been consuming so much inner work content because while i was doing what i was doing, it felt like something was still missing so I'm glad to know that there are options that i can graduate to whenever i am ready. I think the idea of knowing where i have to go before i even begin, helps me dedicate myself better to the work 😅❤ thank you 1. Self Awareness - achieved this quite early and i never went back!
