The two plywood pieces in the boot should be swapped around left to right. The narrow piece goes over the tank and is screwed in, the wider piece over the spare wheel, allowing the wheel to be taken out. Nice looking car.

Worked on these v12 auto trans in the seventies and pulled a few of the trans for failure. Jag should have stuck with the six and manual trans. Hate the '74 mandate on safety bumpers.

Hey mate, I've a blue convertible and what the f**k are those disgusting black bumpers on the front and the back as well OMFGG!!!!!... its simply not original. lmfaro! I live in the UK by the way. Apart from that, 'not a bad motor John'. She's nearly as nice as mine, a 72 baby girl.

Americans spoil all beautiful British Sports cars by putting those excessively big and ugly Rubber Bumper over riders on...look at the mess they made of the MGB sports cars by rising the ride height so high you could actually walk under the car without touching your head on the chassis, again the grossly over sized and ugly bumpers and the walking stick handle looking exhaust tail pipe......America?!?!
