I just wish the walls and roof were made out of special glass with an app that automatically frosts it for privacy and an indoor pool was installed. All the tiles should be replaced with marble + gold sinks/tubs in the bathroom and kitchen.

While it’s been somewhat updated present times, this is a home with style that is original. This harkens to the time when Hollywood and the West Coast were in their ascendancy, the promised land. It has character, coming from its Mexican/Spanish colonial roots, but not in a theatrical “HGTV makeover“ way. It’s says it’s beautiful not because of square footage and infinity pool finishes, but because of original character.

About 3 years ago (in MARCH 2018) I snatched a page out of a GQ magazine because I saw a killer living room with an amazing leather couth on it. JUST NOW, @:49 I paused like WAIT, THAT'S IT...so I went and got the page (because I saved it) and it's the same exact living room. COMPLETELY useless information, but it's covid and I'm alone, so you have to hear it. I'm going to drive past this house now.

This is probably the most comfortable and inviting home I've seen in a few years. It pulls you right in, to where you wouldn't want to leave. All of thr rooms entice you to relax, wander between with a glass of wine, finally ending up in that private oasis... the backyard. Now this would be perfect for the next lock down! 🤗🥰

It's so beautiful in this nestled bucolic setting. You would never EVER guess you were simply a minutes drive away from the infamous Hollywood Blvd! 🤯👌🏿🤌🏿😚 The lot is a tight squeeze but that ambience is downright impeccable!

I saved this on my Zillow and was sad it sold but this is my dream home. I love the house we got same vibes but I love the doors and lightings my favorite part is definitely the back yard so green no lawn the pool elevated. Private ❤ I will either buy this house off or buy one very much like this beauty

I like the plain 2x6's used as ceilings beams in living room. I had an idea to try that, but this owner already did it. Looks good. And cheap to do. I like the above ground pool. That is also cheaper to do.
