For a long time, I could say after 2020, completely forgot about self care and what it was to have control over my life. Now I been researching this 75 hard challenge and I feel I’ll be good to kick the simp out of me. This is a first, you know reaching out, putting myself out there, commenting on videos and trying to see other do what I am striving for, etc. I will commit to it. As of right now my question is how to start it. I feel without a plan I will fail.

Appreciate the comment, and putting yourself out there. Here is a link to a few other videos I have on 75 Hard, including the rules and a breakdown of the program. These should help. www.youtube.com/@FizznessShizzness/search?query=75 Otherwise, if you are serious about starting, don't waste too much time THINKING about starting...once you know the rules, it's just a matter of waking of and beginning. You'll make some adjsutments to your schedule each day until you get into a routine, but as long as you are following the rules, you are good to go. I'm planning on doing the 75 hard challenge again soon. Like really soon. Tried it many times, but failed. But that's the thing, I TRIED. That word says that you don't believe in yourself. So I stopped saying that. And I did the challenge, until day 73. Then I got the Cov... 😭 SO FRUSTRATING! (this was last fall) But now I'm gonna do it again, all the way. And it's like you said in another video, many people regret that they didn't push themself so hard in their second workout. I can relate to that too. This time I'm gonna push it! And I'm documenting it on my channel! 😵 And yes, I like your content, so I subscribed 😎

YOU MADE IT TO DAY 73??!?!?!?!!?!?!? Look, you might not have hit 75, but that's still incredible. Even more incredible is that you are not letting that stop you from doing it again! Alot of people wouldn't have the courage, so that's freakin awesome. And what's interesting to me is that now you know what the journey looks like...it will interesting to see how you adapt and integrate what you've learned on your other journeys. I've subbed, GO GET THIS THING!

Ok but what if I am bulking? I can’t dirty bulk? Or should I make my diet well balanced with dessert included to help bulk? (Slimmer guy trying to bulk up)

Ha…just caught this doing my bowflex workout day 15….I started over after 38 days because the diet I picked was simple, no wheat,no sugar. I read every label then on day 38 my wife told me bacon had sugar in it….I’m a stickler for rules so I started over but picked keto. I did a video about it…smooth on demand

Yup! WHERE you eat doesnt matter as much as WHAT you eat.

Aside from no fast food, I'm not really sure anymore what "no cheat meals" means. Where do protein bars fit in? Sauce? Sugar free sweeteners? Dressing?

Up to you really.. just no alcohol and the no cheat meal means during the 75 days you can't consume anything outside that diet.. so for example if you're staying away from sugar you can not consume sugar in the 75 days .. do you understand now?

@@me-jz7uv Not really. He said if you have 1 chocolate chip you're back at day 1. My goal is just to stop binging, so I was allowing anything as long as it was in maintenance. Now I'm not so sure. If one chocolate chip makes a fail, what about salad dressings and sauce. Sugar free chocolate? What does Andy think of that?

@@singer2be256 if your goal is to stop binging then that's fine.. you are to decide what's fine and what you want to restrict yourself from either it is sugar,hot sauce or whatever. It is all up to you basically....if you consume what you knowingly put up as a restriction that is when you fail... do you understand now? In the 75 hard when it comes to the diet part no consumption of alcohol and no cheat meal so if for example you made your diet to be sugar and hot sauce and you consume them during the 75 days then you've failed or since you have problem with binging then don't eat over a certain portion in any meal you are having or don't eat more than twice or thrice or just be in a calorie deficit.. its all up to you... do you understand now?

@@me-jz7uv I guess. Its just that there's always this voice in my head that questions every action and whether or not it fits in. I can't tell if its Andy talking or my OCD. (I'm not just throwing that term btw. I was actually diagnosed)

@@singer2be256 try writing you strict rules down on a paper and tape it on your wardrobe so you'd see it every morning..that could help

i mean, you can read books either in physical form or electronic form...as long as it has pages and is a real book. you cant read blogs or articles online. i have a video about the reading rule on my channel if you want more.
