I started out at 107kg and now down to 97. 10kg for just a month. I changed my diet and followed this video and the other 17 minute video of roberta everyday. Never missed one day. And lost 10kg. I'm not sure if that's a lot or not, but i'm proud of myself for being consistent. Thank you for your videos 💝💝💝

Day 1: I did this exercise and boy oh boy did it work me into a sweat! Those leg pulls though! I couldnt do more than 22 total (out of 40 in 2 sets). Lets hope tmro is a better day. Thanks Roberta's Gym for a nice morning workout that really does WORK ME OUT!

Great work out thanks for the simple tips it has helped me lose some a lot of unwanted extra pounds ... simple enough for everyone to follow and i added just a 10 min meditation strech at end or 5 begin and 5 end streching. :) i have now got 3 others doing the workout too its awesome

It's been three days that I am doing this excercise twice a day in the morning and in the evening. I hope that I will try it as long as my body has the strength because this exercise is very good for the body.😊

This is the best 👌 morning workout under 20mins. So long now I haven't gotten the time for workouts as I usually leave the house by 7am and got home around 8pm exhausted 😴 and with 4kids to cater for. I added my 8kg hand weight to boost it up. You've gotten a new subscriber 👍.

The side deep squats was so hard and it took a little too much out of me I couldn't do the rest of the exercise , but without failing there is no success. I shall try again tomorrow morning. Thank you for this video its very helpful

Day 1 - 61 kgs full workout done Day 2 - 61 kgs , thighs were paining, but I feel energised. Day 7 - 60 kgs, I have started working out more with this excessive.

xTake it easy, HD :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

@@princerazz3447 I think I do need to keep in shape. I don't need to lose weight or gain. Simple and 20 minutes morning exercises are truly helping to be flexible. It's my 8th day of working out and I'm definitely gonna make it my morning routine 😊

YAY ONCE AGAIN I COMPLETED THE WORKOUT GETTING PROUD OF MYSELF its still a journey I actually jjsyt started my weight loss journey again since I lost hope but I’ll come back and right my progress Day 1: looking good but won’t loose it all in just one day hehe

This is the very first day of workout ever. What a great exercise! I feel excited doing this even in my first day. I'd love to do this every morning for a healthy lifestyle.

I loved the exercise i do it in the morning my legs are sore for a few minutes but when i have a bath then i feel great.

I started doing Roberta's gym videos at the end of Jan. I was 9 stone 11lb. I've been doing this workout every morning - combined with the 15 min walk video, the 10min nightime routine video, 100 jumping jacks, 60 sit ups, 10k+ steps and some weights everyday. I have lost a stone in basically 2 months. This is without changing my eating habits at all. Would have probably lost more if I ate healthier but I have a chocolate fix I need everyday lmao Anyways thanks Roberta
