Now, Twice can pretty much do whatever they want, but it's important to remember they worked extremely hard for that right and continue to work hard to maintain their status in Kpop. When they were trainees or rookies, they were on very strict diets (i.e. Momo eating only ice cubes, Dahyun was threatened with being kicked out due to her weight multiple times, and Jihyo during Sixteen).

Chae and Somi were caught eating under a piano once. Jihyo brought a glass with beer to a vlive, and Nayeon blew it after tasting it and making faces. Yeah, that's TWICE alright.

Mark is someone who would follow every rule,so if he decided to break a rule,then he was definitely fed up with it. They couldn't let him eat a ice cream,seriously SM. Reminds me of cola dispenser gang too. Mark has been working hard day and night till now. He used to train all the time and when he took breaks,he practiced rap in those breaks too,he's really a good role model for his juniors and trainees. He deserved more than a ice dream. He debuted at the age of 16,he was in the show Highschool rapper,had 127's and Dream's group activities and his school. He would go to sleep at 3 am then back to his schedule in the morning. NCT has worked so hard and it's just Mark's story,imagine what the others went through as trainees and even after debut they have strict diet . Now we have new SM rookies,i miss the tshirt with their names and numbers on it.

The thing about being sneaky around food reminds me of Irene and Seulgi talking about how they'd pretend to go jogging but instead they'd go eat noodles when they were trainees.

When will these companies understand that anything than salad won't make you fat if you keep working out/dancing.
