Hey there my handsome and pretty little cobras! Thanks to long time subscriber Florde for today's video request! She asked for some zen takes and I would love to share! For those who are new, I am a Buddhist and I love practising zen along with my minimalism. This isn't a video about zen specifically but rather, how I use zen and buddhism to elevate my minimalist practise! Comment down below if any of these are things you already do!

So glad you made a video about this! ♥ I actually loved the concept of "washing your cup", makes me think of the amount of times where I'd purchase something but never let anything go. And then I'd wonder why I had no room or why everything was so packed. I also loved the idea of masks and that there is no point to things, because I feel like it really takes the seriousness or the weight out of it. It is really up to us the meaning we put into things. *PS: Also, "Flor" is just fine :) it's short for Florencia, my full name. Thank you so much for taking my request!
