【Ingredients/amount】
Spaghetti(1.6 mm)---80 g (1 serving)
A)ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Basil (teared)---20 g
Italian parsley (teared)---5 g
Olive oil---80 ml
Garlic (crashed)-------1
Walnut (roasted)-----20 g
Pine nut (roasted)---10 g
Salt and pepper-------a little per each
Parmigiana cheese (grated)---3 Tbsp

Walnut (chopped)---desired amount
Parmigiana cheese (grated)---------desired amount
Coarsely ground black pepper------desired amount
Basil----desired amount
【Cooking process】
①Boil pasta in hot water with olive oil (desired amount) and salt.
②Chop up A by using a food processor until it becomes smooth to make sauce.
③Pour ②’s genovese sauce in a bowl and mix it with the boiled pasta.
④Decorate ③ in a plate, sprinkle walnut, grated parmigiana cheese, and coarsely ground black pepper, top it with basil, pour over olive oil.
【Tips】
*You can use the rest of genovese sauce with meat, fish, etc.
*This recipe is 3 - 4 servings (if you use this sauce with pasta)
