It's in top condition - definitely worth a game if you're local. I've actually never played Bexley but been wondering about getting in touch with them about playing. Is it a good/fun course?

Hi Jon do you still do your super speed training? Did you manage to hold onto the gains you made ?

Hey Sean, I tend to cycle on and off it but definitely doing it on a pretty regular basis. I enjoy it. Feel like I got to a certain point and have maintained there. That said, I'm also about to turn 40, so I also find it good for flexibility somehow as well. My swing/shoulder turn tends to get shorter if I'm not doing it (just my own observation).

Which GPS watch are you going with?

I had the Shot Scope G5 on this day. If you want a simple, easy to use, effective GPS watch I think it's amazing. I also have the X5 that is great for the stats aspect. Simply because I have them both I wear the G5 day to day and for 9 holes, the X5 for comps and 18 holes where I want to do stats. I think the choice really sits on your interest in stats or not. Not sure if that helps, hope so!

@@JonPerkinsGolf Thank you. I did watch your other video regarding the G5 and am leaning towards it. Not many purchase locations in Oz for it though I noticed.

@@origprankster no I have a feeling it's just Golf Box. The G5 is great just doesn't do stats. If you're not worried about stats then you can't go wrong with it. If you want stats, then it wouldn't be the one.

4 iron off an iffy lie would be a bad choice for many golfers i suspect?

Thanks for watching. I'd probably refer to the tip on playing shots you know you can play. In that case it was sat quite well and I just wanted to feel like a 3/4 punch to stay low under the tree and get into a position for the 3rd. Definitely not a full shot. Alway defer to what you're confident you can play though!
