If you want a REALLY good sounding system, I’d recommend long tube headers, a really good flowing Y pipe, into a 3” single exhaust with a laminar flow muffler like the flowmaster pro series, DBX or flow FX… DEFINITELY NOTHING with a chambered design like a super 44, 40 series, super 10 or anything else from flowmaster or any other brand that uses chambered mufflers, they give you that DEEP tinny sound that sounds like yelling into a soup can… you’ll get a BEAUTIFUL tone, deep base at idle, HIGH rpm scream, and good volume but not so loud that it’s annoying to live with…

need a drive by, under regular driving, and one under wot (wide open throttle) and maybe one with 1/2 wot.

How long did it take for the exhaust to break, I want to do it on my 01 for a day just to hear what it sounds like IRL but you mentioned that it broke and now I’m worried it’ll happen to me

this is exactly what i need to do to my car. i did the disconnect thing to make mine louder but the weight of it drags it down. would you say this is just as loud as when its disconnected?
