That’s quite all over the place difficulty wise. I can do all the movements but doing 10 chest to bar pull-ups is very difficult compared to 15 regular squats, which is easy.

Pull ups and hanging leg raises kill me. Torn rotator cuff doesn't help but those movements in general are tough.

I can do the 3 sets of push-ups, dips, chest to bar pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and 3 sets of full ROM squats. Only thing I can't do 3 sets of are the elevated leg inverted rows. I try, maybe I'm too heavy, I can only do 2 sets, I physically cannot get 3 more on the last set.

I actually do 2 sets and max out in pull ups, push ups, dips, squats and calve raises. Right now on my second sets I can’t match the first one with the pull ups, push ups and I’m getting close with the dips tho but I can do more than 15

The three sets of 10 pull-ups is tough for a lot of people. The pushups are cake and the pullups are not even in the same class! 😅

I was raised by a narcissist and I interpret this video as motivational. He's not claiming superiority over the rest of the population. A pat on the back to everyone who has put in the time, effort and dedication required to achieve this level. Plus encouragement for those like me who haven't reached this level yet but are thrilled at the progress we have made with the help of his guidance and knowledge
