Yes I'm blessed with this property for sure... Funny if I ever show my face most people will agree with you that I might be closer to 30's than 50's. LOL I've always looked younger than my actual age. I used to hate it when I was in my 20's with a family as I looked like I was 14 with kids. LOL That is awesome that you guys grow your own food... might want to do a video on this? I always enjoy seeing other peoples life outside of books.

Yeah live in the country affords us the luxury of being about to have pet cemeteries LOL I just wonder if we remove the markers when we sell. LOL I have to say... guinea pigs are much easier to bury than a full grown horse... ugh... That was a sad day... but anyways... yes the property is amazing... LOL thanks... yeah that poor apple tree was buried... interesting fact about that tree... you saw it broke... well it was the best producing apple tree on the property last year... even with it being crowed and a broken limb... Finally a video we have in common. :)

@@FacelessBookReviews I have about 10 apple trees but they are different varieties of crab apples. You can technically eat them but they aren't good lol

@@TriumphalReads you can make good jelly out of them tho... and yes they are a bit tart to eat. LOL but I guess in a pinch you would learn to like them. 😂

@FacelessBookReviews yeah way back in the day some relatives did make jelly. We usually have plenty between rhubarb, raspberries and strawberries throughout the year

@@TriumphalReads You guys happen to make rhubarb bread? My grandmother use to make this and it was amazing... of course she was an amazing cook but it was sooo good. I never understood how she made rhubarb taste so good when it was so awful raw. LOL

I had to finish 3 jobs for my work then I had to do a complete brake job on my truck which lead me to realize I needed to go back out and get a brake caliper as the old one was bad. There are yards sales that goes the length of hwy 70. Which is many many miles. People come from all over the states to go to these yard sales. It is a big happening here..

Hey if all it took was a leafblower to win his good graces again I think you're in good shape... I enjoy mowing... for now anyways and yes if you had a zero turn you would have enjoyed it more for sure... They are a blast... the first time I used one was hilarious... I pushed both levers forward a little.. started going to the left... pushed the left a little further... now I'm going a little to the right... well needless to say it took this Polack going full speed to realize I didn't always have to add speed to one side or the other... I could also decrease the speed to achieve the same thing... LOL I was flying around the yard thinking... how in the world am I ever going to control this thing. LOL Now I'm doing it one handed while having a drink or using the phone... ahhh the good ole day... 🤣

@FacelessBookReviews Sounds fun. I used to mow for a guy who had back surgery. Learning a zero turn wasn't fun. I accidently ran over one of his maple tree samplings. Just a momentary lapse in forward back push pull...."what direction was I going?" and the tree is toast. He forgave me.

LOL I will take the 4-wheeler out and rip around once in awhile then there is the never ending mowing... oh wait it does end... it just turns into leaf clean up which is still mowing but now I have the DR Leaf Vacuum that cleans up the yard for 2 months of the fall. LOL I'd hate to think how much money I spend on fuel... LOL

Now I know how I sounded when I hammered you all the time. :) There is a motion setting on my phone so I use that... seems to work pretty good. I notice at times the color dims in and out a bit but I'm not going to put any money into buying an actually camera for this. LOL I've only lived here for the past 5 years. My family finally knows about my channel after I did the Homestead video... I wanted to share that video with the family so yeah they now know but I'm almost 100% sure no one is watching it. LOL Well my enthusiasm ended at the taping... I still need to edit all three of those videos and I need to squeeze one in for Thursday so those will be pushed back even further. You have beautiful property! That’s pretty much how I spent my Saturday too. We FINALLY had a beautiful day where the wind wasn’t crazy to be able to burn(on a smaller scale). I find it quite rewarding to be able to do something and be able to tell a difference. We only have about 5 acres but have a pet cemetery too. Thanks for sharing!

I think this is probably my 4th pile this size in the 5 years I've lived here... and as you can see it's already started a new life. LOL We have just under 30 acre here... most of it is forest with trails but I'm reclaiming some of it back every year. :)

@@Writing4Jesus247 Yeah the house is a 200 year old farm house and we are just doing one room at a time... I just don't really enjoy doing it but it's too expensive to pay someone to do it... although I did just ask the wife to reach out to someone to finish the latest room... I also have to reside it this year at some point as well.. That I don't mind... I enjoy that... What we have fixed looks nice but there is still a handful of rooms that need to still be done.. it's a 3700 sq. foot house so that doesn't help... make since... all the kids get to the age where they move out and we buy a bigger house for 2... ugh LOL
