Brrr… the seaside would be quite cold in November, but I am having an ice cream right now…. from McDonalds!! We used to go to Scarborough when I was a child, I loved it. However there are also some lovely quiet beaches in Northumberland like Alnmouth and Seahouses, not far from where I now live.

When I visited the UK for the first time (about 40 years ago) I have seen on the beach people changing their clothes under what looked like a big curtain around them, with a rubber band around their neck! We found that very funny.... Personally I love more the beaches with warmer water... :) Thank you for your lovely videos and audio podcasts, I love your voice, clear pronunciation and humour!!! Lots of love from Vienna, Austria!
