Hello Ken and Lauren. Love seeing old historic buildings being brought back to life. It's happening in my hometown of Holyoke Massachusetts. Great video of Littleton.

What an absolutely stunning place to live. I would definitely love to see the units, will look them up. High end living in older manufactory buildings seems to be a trend the past 5 years, where high ceilings and gorgeous interiors are attracting young people. That coffee house would be the place where I would sit on a Saturday morning enjoying a nice hot coffee. I actually have a similar place just across the street from where I live, it is called Planet Bean and resides here in Guelph, Ontario. Plenty of parking, but the spot with the walking/biking trail into Littleton is perfect. Thank you for sharing this with the internet.
