Haverhill NH home of New Hampshire's first home for unwed mothers. Most residents were from across the river from Newbury VT if that tells you anything.

My family has a house on Lake Willoughby so we know Barton very well. Long pond was one of the places my father used to like to go to paint & watch birds.

We are coming to Vermont and New Hampshire this October from Oklahoma. We hope to do lots of leaf peeping and visiting small towns along the way. We really enjoyed watching your video!

We used to stay here in the winter a little more than 20 years ago, when the owners were trying to rehab the building and get the golf course going. The interior is beautiful! My in-laws stayed in the turret. We stayed once in a suite created in one of the bowling alleys, with a bathroom that had a 20 foot-high ceiling. Another time we stayed in a balcony room on the side away from the turret. We would get together to eat huddled at one end of the ballroom.

I'm visiting New England for the first time from South Florida beginning on the 20th of October. I hope I can still catch some of the Foliage.

I may have told a sad story about one of my students. Brad wanted to be a paramedic ever since I met him. He fulfilled his dreams. However, the ambulance he was driving hit a moose on the way to another accident. He died at the scene. When they show slow down showing moose crossing, they mean it. I added before that we have hunted moose up in northern Alberta. We have driven much slower than the posted speed in early morning or at night because of moose. . . . they tend to topple over into a vehicle when they collide with it.

Could you tell the date you are filming so we can get a idea for the lower 48 thank you for sharing
