I love different styles of animation! I want to see more just like this💜

I love it. It hits hard in the feels. It's obviously inspired by "Roadside Picnic" and I like it more that the classic movie "Stalker". The monster that got stabbed in the back, it's likely former human, most likely the father of the boy. That monster never tried to hurt them.

Mother more likely. In the picture, the mother was wearing a necklace. We can see the 'gem' of it on the monster's right chest.

@@Colbric You are absolutely correct. When he looks at the photo the reflection of the monster overlaps with the image of the mother and the necklace gems are at the same place. At first watch I thought that the other person was the mother, so I assumed the monster was the other parent. But the description says the other person is his sister.

Nice detail and animation. The story is intriguing. And I would love to see more of this and explanation of what happened. Would make a nice movie or a short series.
