Thanks for swinging by the channel! For those wondering, the DA was 1950 on this day. It was a clear, crisp late summer day in the low 70's with very little humidity. I had a great time, but the wait was about 90 minutes in between each run, so my next attempt will be on a less busy day so I can get more runs in!!!

Great job improving your time! It looks like the Scat Pack ran a 12.84, I'm planning on bringing mine to the strip on Oct 17th with drag radials, hoping for good DA, I really can't wait to bring it to the Brainard road coarse.

So damn nervous the first time you approach that tree. I'm more worried about proper track procedures and not making a fool of myself then I am about hitting the launch right, but definitely felt more comfortable on that last run. Thanks man!

CTHellcat - I bet, I’d be nervous as shit going to a track, I’ve never been. There’s a track about 2 hours from me in Sacramento that does drag racing that I’ve been thinking about signing up for

Great runs Scotty, especially on street tires. Looks like you had a great time. I was participating in the car show, I am sorry I missed seeing you. Are you going to Mopars of the Valley this Sunday at Lebanon ? Your car looks great with all the cosmetics you have done to it. Terrific job Scott.

Great to get some bench marks and then get faster from there. You won't need any more mods as you learn to unleash all of those 700+ hp.

Thanks Antoine. I don't intend to do any more engine mods - this thing is fast enough and I actually prefer road course action over the drag strip. So if anything, I'll do more on the suspension and handling side as this beast already has a 200mph top end and I need better turning and stopping power!

@@CTHellcat road coarse is so much fun! I agree, you have plenty of power! Sticky tires and high temp brake fluid are my first 2 mods.
