This time, I took a picture of the food stall "Hime-chan" in Hakata, which has been in business for 42 years.
The chef, who learned cooking at a Chinese restaurant, prepares a wide variety of dishes, from standard dishes such as oden and ramen to liver dishes such as fried rice and dumplings.
The proprietress's cheerful and fun customer service is also popular, and she took pictures with tourists who came for sightseeing.

2年前まで福岡に住んでいましたが、天神の屋台文化は素晴らしかった。美味しい物を食べながら美味しい酒を飲みながら、たまたま居合わせた人とも楽しくお喋り出来て… 人情が生きてる街なんですよね、福岡は。今は大阪に住んでいますが、大阪も福岡の素晴らしい屋台文化を学ぶべきだと思います。

I think this is the best stall house that is simple, not complicated to assemble in the streets, and the stir fried foods, noodle soup, barbecues were very simple and practical. Love Japanese cooking and their sauces. The chef is also a good cook.

めちゃくちゃ美味しそうだけど、これだけのご馳走を屋台でやっておられるのは大変なご苦労があるかと思います。味を作る苦労は勿論、色んなお客がいるだろうし、、自分も頑張らないとねって。自分も明日から仕事楽しく頑張ろうって気持ちになれました。ありがとうございました🙌

@@user-sk5mu3ti4m 今は市の選定試験に受かんないと出店できないので大昔のヤクザ系屋台は皆無ですよ、メニュー表示価格がないとまず出店できません！那珂川沿いの屋台はインバウンドと観光客しかいませんが天神や長浜は地元常連客が多くいますよ、貴方は博多の人間ではありませんね。

ご主人の調理には、一文の隙の無い流れるような美しさを感じました。これは間違いなく旨い料理ですね。観ただけでワクワクしました。女将さんの明るい接客も、お客様を和ませる、優しい空間ですね。こういう屋台文化が無くなっていくのは残念だ‼️昔は、もっとおおらかで懐深い社会だったよね。いつから、あれは駄目、これは駄目と型にはめる社会になったんだろう😖💦 ご主人と女将さんには、お身体ご自愛いただき、屋台文化を守っていただきたいし、お店のご繁盛をお祈りします。

Just a curious question . This simplicity apart does everyone in Japan talk like an npc if you know what I mean? Or is it just their way of expressing themselves? It looks like every game developer was born in Japan and made their npc behave like Japanese.

I missed the Canal city Hakata / Fukuoka at night , along the river there are many Ramen stall set up at night , the atmosphere so vibrant , peoples are cueing for ramen . I take many photos that night , this is the most beautiful scene at night walk photos shot I did at the end of October 2022 .
