idk after this episode i kinda feel bad for him..i think he suffered when he was younger and was maybe even bullied or something for being fat etc and his ex must have hurt him really bad to hold a grudge against her for so long..of course i think he sholudn't act the way he does but i think this showing off is like a defensive mechanism for him and on the inside he may be quite vulnerable and emotional..and i think that when he finds a girl he will really love,he'll change..but oh i'm a drama addict and a hopeless romantic so i could just be making a new plot for a kdrama in my head😂😂😂😂

hes just on the more extreme end of the spectrum, there are tones of vain girls out there. they don't need to be at his level but would still date him. This attitude isn't shocking if you meet a lot of people.

I really want to emphatize that i am not on that guys side ( that person that thinks looks has such an huge advantage on woman), however there are people that are so terrible at dating, and with women. Seriously those that have gotten much experience with woman sees better and more clear how pitiful these guys looks. Their are so many opportunities but they never seem to use it. I think it can be unfair that when guys who tries to gain those experience to boost their confidence their it such a high chance of them getting riduculed. When he said, that he got cheated on when he was overweight. That's such a strong drive to change into something better. i can relate with him on this. About his friend's concern. I think its valid, and since he is trying to be such a good friend towards him, as friends he could adjust himself too, and still be able to be succesful with women.

Poor guy. He thinks he's all that but he's actually pitiful. I was getting hints he had had problems with self-esteem when he talked about being "completed". He either really liked/loved that girl or he was already very insecure and when she cheated on him he reinforced his idea that he wasn't good enough because of his looks. Then he decided he would not be a victim ever again and he needs to have the upper hand, so he makes sure he breaks up with the girls before they can hurt him like the other one did. How many times have we seen this type of character in movies, books, etc the sweet boy that gets rejected decides to take revenge by becoming a player. Fiction imitates reality after all. All in all, he really needs to get psychological treatment before it's too late.

I feel like this is just a facade he is putting on to prevent himself from getting hurt again. I think he was really insecure before (his girlfriend cheated on him) and he believes that it's better to appear confident than broken. He has some underlying psychological problem that needs to be treated

I feel like he thinks he has something to prove. This guy is definitely insecure, its screaming with everything he does. It's okay to love yourself, but when you start to disrespect other people by doing so, that shit ain't right. He thinks his life is a kdrama, and someone needs to pull his head out of the clouds. Go ahead and love yourself, appreciate yourself, but humble yourself. You are no better than someone who isn't attractive.

if you think about it in another perspective, the girls who go out with him are following exactly what he preaches. because they think he's goodlooking and he spends money on them. so of course, he gets confidence when people follow what he believes in. I don't feel mad or annoyed, i just feel kinda bad for him. I feel like after his ex had cheated on him and he developed a sort of tramua, he raised his self-esteem defensively and it turned out to work for him in a superficial world.

When he said that his love simply faded away, I could actually relate to him. I've never been in a relationship but when I like someone and the other person starts liking me back, when I'm almoooost there, I simply stop liking them and want to get away from them and never talk to them again. I don't want to hurt their feelings, but that's just how it is for me. I'm afraid that even if I met Kim Taehyung I wouldn't want to date him because my love could fade away (even if I think I'll love him forever). I honestly believe in soulmates. I hope I find someone who can make me feel those butterflies for a long time. And even if we break up and I'm miserable afterwards, at least it's worth it because I loved them. Either that or I'm asexual, which is also probable. Oh well, I'm sorry for the rant but I just wanted to say I understand him. Well, at least partially.

Its feels like im watching a kdrama, hahaha, the guy is full of himself, a boss, handsome, and self center ass, its like a guys from kdrama and mangas, i just hope he meet a girl who would shake him in his senses. And see not everything is in looks, looks fades, we all get attract to a person first by their appearance, second is their character or attitude, he has looks no doubt about it, but his attitude sucks. He seem like a player, he knows his goodnlooking, and use it,non his advantage. But thats just lonely, his just narcissistic. He will come around.

even if this is wonbin or jo insung or joongki talking or my bias from my fave idol group, i will never ever allow men to do what they want and make the women in their lives tolerate it like as of there's nothing wrong about it. a real man acts like one and not act like a douche and thinks being a playboy or a flirt is cool. no face, how beautiful it is, can equate to being a good-mannered person..

After hearing about how his girlfriend from long ago broke up with him I understand better, I think that person hurt him badly especially with cheating on him because he was bigger in size and I think he made up his mind to never be a victim again and thay has contributed to the way he is now.

Honestly, the best thing to do with narcissistic people is to ignore them and if you're a friend, avoid them. I've just witnessed a guy like this in a guy I knew/dated. I found out that he cheated on his first love when we became in a relationship. Also, he wanted to make every girl his ex. He even gave himself an alternate name that says "Ex boyfriend of (the most beautiful girl in our country.)" I accepted him for who he is bec I was once like him only I wasn't douschy. I think guys like this still need love and understanding but only to some extent. A week ago, I messaged him to leave him. We need to let them know that if they continue to be this way, they will lose the people that matter most-- those who genuinely love and care for them. And by the way, it's okay to cut ties with people. ☺
