4 жыл бұрынI always felt that by adding as many lights as possible to a train set you create interest for your guests. This scene features: 2 oil pump jacks - Lionel's recent Plug n' Play version and MTH's Oil Derrick; Woodland Scenics J. Frank's Grocery with the addition vending machines; MTH Row Houses including a Christmas version; Woodland Scenics lighted Police Car and Pickup Truck; and finally, lighted Lionel Telephone Poles.

I love layouts lit up in the dark takes me back to my childhood, when I put Christmas bulbs in the caboose it was a broken switch controller. I put a red one and a green one inside. it was stunning when it went around the track when you're poor you improvise.!!

That sounds so nice. Thanks for sharing Larry. Some of my best childhood memories were around the Christmas Tree. I wanted my layout to take me back to those times.

Thank you. I needed a use for the Lionel Yard Lights. It seemed like a good idea to point them at the oil pump jacks. The lights on the telephone poles extend the shadows even more.
