I would like to know about commercial puchases like renting out, how is the credit and deposit calculated. If you have anyone from that Banking Space in your next Videos. It would be awesome ! I lik to buy luxurious Condos with 1 Million $ Deposit and would write off th debts with earned rental money. This Type of Video would be crazy !

Unfortunately, it's near impossible for non-Thais to get mortgages so you'll either need to pay cash or find a loan in your home country.
