There is no right or wrong to be a man or a woman. Men can like ‘pretty things’ and cooking, just like women can be into trucks and the outdoors. There can be men with a higher feminine energy, just like there are women with what we may call a more masculine personality. Those are just traits and characteristics. They aren’t a blue print telling you if are “acceptable in society” as a man or a woman. They don’t define you- and not being the perfect “norm” doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. … There seems to be a crises amongst women today. The butch lesbians are being erased just like women’s sports and Title IX. Yes, gender dysphoria is real, and for those afflicted with it, it can cause so much pain inside! But I challenge the current assumption that the solution is to medically alter the outside, rather then work intensely on the inside. There is no wrong way to be You. Wear what you like, appreciate what you appreciate, do YOU. But don’t turn a healthy body into a chemically dependent and surgically altered one, especially not for the sake of better fitting into whatever imaginary box the world is trying to shove you in.

I would work on my moods before I made any big decisions in my life.✌️

@@kathserna I'm just chiming in so it's not really my question to answer but I wanted to give my thoughts so that you could have more than one answer and I am sure theirs will be different (that is if they reply) ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) often impacts focus, impulse control, and organization. These challenges might make it harder for someone to evaluate long-term consequences or remain consistent in their decision-making processes. PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) can lead to heightened emotional reactions and difficulty managing stress. It may also cause episodes of re-experiencing traumatic events, avoidance behaviors, and alterations in mood and reactions. When mood and mental health aren't managed, they can cloud judgment, making it harder to make thoughtful, informed decisions. Thus, addressing these aspects with professional help or through therapeutic strategies can lead to more stable and clear-headed decision-making, especially when those decisions could have long-term impacts on one's life. This approach helps ensure that decisions are not overly influenced by transient emotional states or unmanaged symptoms. But again that's just my thoughts on it and everyone is entitled to their own opinions :)

@@winros I'm not really sure what that means. I will let Kal, the interviewee answer your question, if he wishes to do so.

The term transgender is not a noun but, an adjective. Just saying.

Thank you so much for bringing this up! I learned something new today. Please tell me how to properly use the term. Could you provide any suggestion?
