That epilogue with Yasha was epic. I liked Matts literal "The Storm is here..." Also loved it when Travis realised it was the question he'd been asked as Grog. Awesome stuff.

If there is one thing I really appreciate about Matt Mercer, is that even though Mollymauk is gone he returns through these story mentions. Great way to not entirely waste a character because they died early on.

I really love watching Travis get so excited for his friends and their characters. He's so hype for their lore, their arcs, and the things that happen to them. Travis, you're everyone's best friend in D&D

Travis was incredible this episode. He’s always good, but he has definitely found his character now. I hope to see more of this Fjord.

when matt said "its mollymauk" when yasha turned over the body it hit so hard not because it was him but because shes takes on the burden of thinking its her fault whenever she couldve done something but didn't. she feels so guilty all those people are probably her old clan members, molly, people she cared for, that she feels she has to take care, and thinks she could lose any moment and that's terrible

Oh my god it took me two hours into this video to realise that the corpses and jellyfish coming out the portal were Dybbuk! I've literally never seen them used in a since reading about them in the book that introduced their 5e stats, this was so awesome, I actually felt like I was meeting a creature for the first time.

I keep forgetting that Fjord actually uses a shield.

Matt has been waiting months for Ashley to get back so he could develop Yasha's character...and honestly so did I xD

Man that line “Where do your find your STRENGTH” really fucking hit me hard. Maybe it’s cause Grog was my favorite from VM and this gives it new context. That wasn’t just the Earth Breaker posing a question to Grog he was channeling Kord in that fight, Groon may have been posed that very question when he was a young man. It’s a question every follower of Kord must ask themselves. Perhaps Kord doesn’t particularly care where your strength comes from, so long as you know it and you use it righteously. It could be the support and love of your friends like Grog or the desire to protect and be a shield like Yasha. And man that fucking hits me. I love the connection

Don’t forget that their first boss fight was a demon so it makes sense that Matt has been putting hints in from the beginning.
