I hope you enjoy this SUPER unrealistic what I eat in a week vlog - I am a meat based type of person. And over 8 years I have used the Carnivore Elimination diet to understand which foods I can eat on occasion that won't completely destroy my lifestyle. My autoimmune disease is well controlled and this allows me to use my diet spectrum to enjoy a few select non-meat based foods on occasion. Once I return home I get right back to my baseline diet.
So join me on my London adventure as I explore the city's culinary delights while attending a Wellness Conference! 🏃‍♀️💡 As someone who follows a low-carb diet but still loves to indulge occasionally, this trip was all about finding that perfect balance.

As the video states, this is an unrealistic week of eating, i enjoyed myself and didn’t eat anything that would actually cause me any issues personally. After 8 years, I know what I can eat for special occasions.

After eating a low carb diet for over a year, my body can easily bounce back when I treat myself on vacations. I choose to live the good life, so I will have the occasional ice cream, pizza, etc. My low carb lifestyle is sustainable for me long term. Neisha, thanks for portraying a realistic long-term lifestyle.

Neisha, thank you so much for this video! I was born in London and this video was perfectly timed for me. I have been a carnivore since 1 January 2024 and I have already gotten rid of 75lbs. I have a long way to go and I have lymphedema to get under control too (my vibration plate is my newest best friend lol). My hope is to travel back to London again. It is not a possibility for me now but seeing this video is what I needed. To remind me of the life that I so desperately want and a life that I have denied myself from being confined mentally, emotionally and physically and using a walking stick because of the pain. Well done! how do you get past the meat aversion? I get to day 3 and I just can't look at another egg or piece of meat, I feel nauseous until I eat exactly according to my cravings - usually fruit or bread! - then I can go back to it fine, but I can't 'last' longer than 3 days doing purely carnivore

Your videos are really refreshing. I eat almost completely carnivore for autoimmune and food sensitivities, but I just went on my honeymoon this week and it's absolutely okay to live a little as long as you know what you can get away with, and in what amounts. Over the course of a week I even had salad, white wine, a few blueberries & bites of melon, a few bites of mac & cheese, and three truffles from my favorite chocolate place I hadn't been to in twelve years. And guess what, I LIVED. 😂

REALLY NICE VIDEO Neisha! Although, I felt sooooo full after watching it. I really must be making changes in my mind that I'm pretty proud of...my fuel is so much simpler. I remember those days of loving eating beautiful dishes (heck I had a gourmet Northern Italian restaurant in Santa Monica), but it's sooo different now, in my mind, after almost 11 months Carnivore. You did such a great job covering it all and it was so fun to see. I loved the way the city was so clean and beautiful! AND...IT WAS A TRIP OF A LIFETIME... eat what you'd like!!! Don't listen to anyone that says differently!

We were staying right across the street from your hotel! Same time, and we pedal boated on the pond in Hyde Park! Harrod’s was right up the street. You really should have gone to the Churchill War Rooms….my favourite!

The Mandarin is a lovely hotel. Great choice. London is a planet, so much to see and do! Pub food is always a good choice. It's pretty easy to stay on plan while traveling in the UK.
