What happens if you do squats everyday?
Doing 100 squats a day is a great way to build your leg and core strength, improve muscular endurance in your lower body, and establish a routine. It's also a good way to add movement to your day other than just walking and getting in more steps.

thanks for your comment, daily squats are especially important for people in standing jobs, waiters. I talk to people about that specific exercise. everyday to help them with core strength and improved quad strength. I am sorry that I didn't mention this on the video.
