Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

We are having veg week this week but normally we are meat eaters but I do like to add one or two veggie dishes in the week this week we’ve had winter veg pie and a fake chicken in white wine sauce ( plus courgette and leek) topped with mashed potato and asparagus tips for decoration I’ve cooked these dishes a few times now x

We actually had the feta pasta tonight (before watching your video). I have seen the recipe everywhere. It has really gone viral!. I roasted 4 cloves of garlic along with the cherry tomatoes and feta. Then I smashed the roasted garlic cloves with a fork with the tomatoes and feta. I thought the dish was okay. As you said, it’s very salty. My kids thought it was just okay too. We probably wouldn’t make the feta pasta again, but it was fun to try.

It all looks very yummy! Will definitely try the chicken snitzel, my kids will love that. The aubergine parmigiana looks great too. I make a chicken one but would love to have more vegetarian meals so will definitely give this a whirl x

Absolutely love ❤️ this video been trying to get my family of 4 to try meat free meals at least twice a week but do struggle to come up with new ideas especially has my partner was was an ex butcher so very difficult to get him to try meat free meals but he’s slowly getting use to it so videos like this one is so helpful especially as my lil one does love his vegetables more so than meat but he does love his chicken mainly out of all the meats there are so Thankyou 👍

you can pimp out your schitzels by addind garlic powder and some grated lemon rind to the crumbs, sometimes for hubby and I will add cajun seasoning for a grown up kick. love all of this but that feta pasta is singing to me!

I got the same air fryer for my birthday ( I was chuffed) for a Sunday roast you can cook a Whole chicken in it! you just put it in I pside down for 15 minutes and then you turn it the other way for the last 10 so that the skin those crispy , we did all the Roasted veg and potatoes And Yorkshire pudding is in the oven in the oven! You should try it! Xxx

Hi Emily, lovely recipes. You should definitely try chicken schnitzel but instead of breadcrumbs use crushed cornflakes. Your kids will love it more 😂❤️❤️❤️

Hi Emily. Love your channel and content and of course the entire fam!! Recently my 4 month old baby boy has started listening to you too. 😄 he's rather fussy at nights these days, so i started watching your old travel vlogs to pass time while he's awake. Everytime the music part started he became squirmy but everytime you started talking he would go quiet and listen. Fajetas my favourite, we had that for tonight tea. When you put them into the tortilla wraps you can put that into the airfryer instead of frying pan. Thats how I do mine x

Hi Emily I love your videos! Those recipes all look delicious! Sometimes I have carbonara! It’s definitely a yummy quick meal. To make it even easier you can cook the bacon and when it’s crispy break it up with your hand or a fork as it breaks easily then.
