The reason this is even a topic is because it’s happened to women who trusted their spouse enough to have attractive workers in their house! You can think you know him, but no one 100% knows anybody but themselves.

Most women aren't going to hire a nanny that's more attractive than them and honestly there's nothing wrong with that.

She's intelligent. He wouldn't want a handsome man around, so why have a beautiful woman in the house with your spouse? Keep temptation away.

How long are women in this generation going to pretend they’re okay with stuff solely to not appear jealous at the expense of their marriage? It’s not wrong to purposefully decide not to hire a Barbie doll to help your husband resist temptation. And there’s nothing wrong with that. If your nanny is so beautiful that (in Adriennes words) you yourself notice as a straight woman, you are testing the limits with your man hiring them to be in your household. Don’t do it. How many more stories do you have to read about other people’s experiences, to realize that it’s probably not the best idea for your marriage to hire a gorgeous nanny who holds everything down except for the most stressful conversations that are mandatory in a marriage. You’re literally offering her up on a platter if you decide to pretend you don’t care. You’re MARRIED...you’re made the biggest commitment of your life. Why are you ashamed to admit that you don’t feel comfortable with your husband being around a woman that he probably fantasizes about - which is normal, but you’re inviting that into your home. People have urges. The more available the situation, the easier it is to do something. Fight for your marriage ladies, the way your man fought to put a ring on your finger. I don’t know about the rest of you, but if I’ve ever said a man was getting too friendly at work for example, my husband was not okay with it. WHICH IS NORMAL. If you don’t want a committed relationship then you need to say so before marriage. And that has absolutely nothing to do with being insecure and everything to do with the promise that was made to me upon proposal and the covenant we made between the two of us m before God. SMH. If you don’t believe in all that, then I guess this comment doesn’t apply to yoiU

Glad I don't have this problem I can't afford a nanny. I take care of my own kids and clean my own house like I'm sure most of us do!🙂

I don't get it. Something is fucked up in our society. There's some weird obsession or something when it comes to men and nannies or maids. I've been a nanny for a long time now, and I can't even count the number of times people think that I'm sleeping with the husband or he has made a pass on you. And I'm like absolutely not. Its a weird stereotype. I'm sick and tired of it. Its so wrong! I'm there, just like most nannies to help with the kids. Period.

Sometimes it is not about men who want to cheat, it is about opportunity. I would not steal, However, if I saw someone drop stacks of cash on the street and no one was around, I may take it. Do not put yourself in a difficult situation for no reason. Only hire very old prude nannys who are super strict. Hell a nun would work too.

Adrienne REALLY needs to STOP talking over everyone! It’s so annoying because I’m trying to hear what the other person is saying but Adrienne is either cutting them off or talking louder over them that I can’t understand what anyone is saying. I get that there might be some technical difficulties or lagging in the ear pieces but I hope on the monitor she can see that some else is trying to talk. It’s not always about someone having a natural wondering eye. Sometimes people who never thought they’d mess up get heavily tempted and fall. Anyone will cheat with anyone that’s true but if you’re with someone like that there’s already an issue. I think it’s more a question of the nanny’s professionalism and boundaries. But don’t always pin it on someone being a bad person. In your home is personal. You have the right to decide.

I hate the argument that men will sleep with anything. Not all men are the same. If the man isn't attracted to the Nanny, he's not going to fantasize about her. If she is pretty, you are making it more tempting for him. Next he will think she is sending him signals and then boom. Now you gotta find a new man and a Nanny. Its almost like taking your man to a strip club. If she looks like broomhilda, he's not going to pay attention to her.

The babysitter also needs to be professional if she is very serious she will do her work only...I had one and her eyes were on her work.

It really depends on the women and how she acts around your husband, as well as how your husband acts with other women. However I do agree that if it’s something you’re not used to then you don’t HAVE to confide if you don’t feel comfortable. Every relationship is different, so some will care and others won’t. It’s like parenting, you shouldn’t judge someone’s parenting so you shouldn’t judge someone’s relationship.

This has happened countless times. It’s an actual issue. It really is asking for trouble. They’ve been multiple stories of this. Gwen Stefanie comes to mind. Also what is Adrienne on about. She know she wouldn’t hire a hot housekeeper/nanny. Also, Israel has cheated before. His internal “constitutional” is questionable at best.

This is a weird stereotype. I was a nanny to a couple families for all my college years and I couldn't tell you how many people ask me if I'm sleeping with the husband or if he made a move on me. Its unfair for an unattractive woman not to get a job because of another woman's insecurities. This goes on all the time. I am an attractive woman and when i go to get a job its difficult. If the interviewer is an ugly woman or not as attractive as me, she is not hiring me but I have all the qualifications to get the job. But if I go to get a job and the interviewer is a woman and she is my equal or somewhat attractive as well, she will hire me. I always know which one will hire me and which one wont.

100% Fair , you have full right & control of who got rights & access to your home. Your partner might be okay but in times of tension, whether we want to admit or not, you don’t really know how strong you are until you face a certain situation. Hence whether we like it or not, on this one I will say stay on the safe side, it really won’t change much. Yes your partner can cheat but as any other flaw , don’t put temptation right in front of you & think you too strong. Wisdom will push you to stay far from it.

I work as a nanny. I don't wear sexy clothes around their house or even when we go out I always dress appropriately, I don't also wear much make up when I go out with the bosses only brows and a liptint sometimes I do wear foundation but very minimal. I don't also wear accessories except my watch and earrings. I have been working for my bosses for 5 years now and I've never had any problem with them, I travel with them too, wherever they go I go. When I'm on day offs that's when I wear I whatever I wanna wear, make up and all.
