Such a great song. I’m only 19 but my ex broke up/cheated with me for my uncle. I’m over here but my uncle was like a brother to me. So the song goes to both of them. I hope after 8 months later you’re doing alright

Still can't help but to pick up the guitar and play along even some 10+ years later. One the first songs i learned by Aaron. Great tune. (Easy song to pick up the guitar with and build you some confidence for any beginners wanting to learn) 4 cords (like most great simple songs) if you can Air Guitar the strum, you can learn how to play it. Easy Peezy. 👍

one of the best song Aaron has ever wrote in my opinion... i love all music, country, rock, pop, whatever... i think calling anyone with the sack to get up on a stage and play and sing to a crowd of thousands of people, fake is a joke... Aaron puts so much emotion into is music, and weather or not you see it as real of fake, he's a talented guy and touches alot of hearts with his music!

"The touring that we've done this year has been good," Lewis says. "We've got this next tour and we might do something next year and then we're going to take a little break for a second. We're not breaking up. We're not gonna stop making music. We're just going to take a little hiatus that really hasn't ever been taken in our career. We put out seven records in 14 years. We've been pretty busy."

I know the cursing will offend some people but this is exactly how I feel right now. I spent 16yrs trying to continually be who you wanted me to only to find I was always a day late and a dollar short no matter my efforts. To find out like I did that you had someone else likely all along no wonder.... and i still love (d) you so who's really the fool. Guess you got the last laugh. I hope it was worth it... you destroyed our lives including that of our son. I hope you learn to live with yourself.

The reason Aaron Lewis can do country as well is his songwriting ability. He tells stories and or the content is based on life from his view. Counrty is not dead. See Jamey Johnson or Randy houser. Counrty is no longer a cowboy only genre because there aren't as many of em anymore. JAmey Johnson is equally good live. The last show I saw he covered Nirvana/Leadbelly in a similar way to Aaron's good covers. Good music is just good music and thats it.
