How would it work on some piston that have a bit of scorning. What is the max thickness of the coating on pistons.

+nFlames2 - we have applied our Abradable Powder Coatings™ to heavily scored pistons and it has worked very well. It won't fill in the scored areas entirely, but since we can apply up to .015" diametric thickness (.0075" per side) it will definitely help the piston fit tight in the bore again.
