OMG! Four videos back or so, when you were in the rock pools I was thinking to myself how much hard work all this filming must be for you guys. I know this is an old vid but I found you guys about 3 weeks ago and have watched every single vid you have posted, right back to the kids trying some lemon drink 😂🤣 Charlie’s surfing and EM’s birthday get away. I have to say your content is awsm and if people watch like I do I had already worked out how many kids, tattoos, ages and where you were both from along with most of the other info you have shared here. I always pay attention to the details 🫣 Anyways I’m onto the next vid now. Can’t wait to catch up to the newest vids and interact more! ❤

Thanks for sharing your story. I got a little emotional watching strangely enough! I started following your channel when I made the decision to buy a caravan. Having no clue about what to buy, you guys convinced me that a Titanium van was the way to go. My partner and I love camping and travelling and we never thought we would own a caravan, but after getting caught in the 2019/20 bushfires we decided a caravan would be a better option than our old trailer load of tents and gear. Which was fun but took forever to set up and even longer to pack up. Anyway just wanted to say thanks for your videos, I'm now the proud owner of a Titanium Hardcore van and love it! Funnily my partner and I also met on RSVP and she speaks fluent Spanish too haha. Thanks for sharing your story. 👍🙂

This was great to learn more about you guys! I love how down to earth you guys are and it's great to hear back story of how you came to be/your child hood. I can relate to Chris's struggles with work stress. I finished school in 2018 as a very depressed and lost teenager. All I wanted to do was travel (and that's still all I want to do) but everyone said I was to young or that I needed lots of money to travel etc etc. But after a year of work I was at breaking point. Then my patrols piston rings went on my way to Uluru and my partner at the time left me on the same day. So I was faced with giving up or doing something bold. I did something bold obviously lol. I hitch hiked with nothing but my camp stove some food and my swag from Kulgera to Uluru and surrounds then all the way back down to Adelaide where I flew to Melbourne. I bit the bullet quit my job where I was working bought a cheap caravan went back to mums to work at Kfc (Best job ever when your mates are the managers and your a loose unit .) I built up some savings bought the ute I was borrowing off a mate and had 2K in savings when I left. That was 2 and a half years ago and it's honestly the best decision iv ever made! And I'm glad I left because Covid hit a month later! It was bold and it was scary since I knew nothing about caravaning and very little about 4wding but I'm doing it. You guys put so much effort into ADU it's incredible. A lot of people think it's easy to become stars but it's really not. I know exactly what you mean by it's hard work creating videos. I use to love and enjoy make Hpv racing videos. However 6-24hours of racing and the videos would take a number of days to make and they wernt any where near as good as your videos! In the end I lost that passion for making the videos. It became a chore it became a job but with no income lol. I tried some travel videos but you have to be consistently posting to earn an income from them. I'm happy just to make them when ever I feel like it but more often then not I'm working on my own bussines. As Miriam said its like 20 hour days. 7-5 at work then I'll often be up till 10 or later working on the website. Not quite 20h but feels like it. I do like ur idea of spliting 3/4 split for work/bussines and might do something like that because I complelty agree that you won't get much out of anything unless you put your 100% into it! Anyway I'm rambling on cause I'm a couple drinks in lol but would be keen to meet up with you guys and the rig. Safe travels. 🤟🏼👌 P.S going to check out some of those early YT videos you recommended. 🤣

Great open and honest episode and put some of those rumours it bed once and for all. Happy to see you come out the other side a stronger couple and please keep doing what your doing, brings a smile to the rest of us. Shame about WA as you are missing out on so many great people and place to see but I do understand. Look forward to the next one.

Goodness me I'm here on my couch resting after grandies visit and here you are telling me about Mauritius. My late parents were born there, so was I, and yes came to Melbourne but stayed in Melbourne. I'm now in my early 60s so I'm going to assume that I could be your parent's vintage. Maybe. Anyway, interesting video. My Aussie husband and I are doing a lot of travels now. Great video.

Almost didn't want to comment as i think of all the time you spend working on your videos and now I'm costing you precious time reading this and then probably replying, ha ha. Anyway thoroughly enjoyed watching, yet again and compliments on choosing the backdrop for this video rather than just sitting in front of your van ..... brilliant, and nice scripting having your companions float by.

Haha Frank! This is the best comment yet 😆😆 Yes, we spend many hours responding to comments - but we absolutely love it 🤍 Thanks for your support - it really means a lot. Abs by all means, please keep the comments coming! 🙌🏼

Oh, we’ve always wanted to see WA, we just feel it’s so very wrong what’s going on with the lies and false hopes given to se many people. It’s hurt so many of our friends/followers/fellow travelers financially and emotionally and has left a very bad taste in our mouth 😔
@ianm31722 жыл бұрын
WA, has finally opened the border but now are going through the same vein attempts to control Covid, so really it was political glorification, we are all Australians. Although after “my presence is a gift”maybe you should go west.😂 you might have a friend in the WA premiers department.
@AussieDestinationsUnknown2 жыл бұрын
Yes, we hear what’s going on in WA - and it’s not where we’d like to be right now! All the restrictions in full force - no thanks. We’ve had enough of that! And demanding triple 💉 to enter - they can keep their state to themselves for now 😅

Thanks for the updates just keep being you two because that's what we love I think what you do is amazing and so easy lol the time you put is amazing but remember keep enjoying it which would be hard some days, and you do have to take time off with no cameras. Cheers and beer's

Thanks so much David!! Yep you are so right…sometimes we just need to put the cameras, computers and phones down to sit back and enjoy it. After all that’s why we started doing what we do 🙌🏼😁

Hi Chris and Miriam, Another great video with excellent background information. Do you know how many people are attending the Titanium rally next month? We are booked in and looking forward to meeting Titanium owners to get ideas for our upcoming van. Looking forward to chatting with everyone in Porepunkah.

You guys are doing amazing and it shows how hard you have worked and still work to have the lifestyle you have. That's the motivation and even for those that wont get that lifestyle they can still live it watching. Love you guys and keep doing what your doing. Love seeing the bad bits aswell as the good too as that's what being human is rather then being instafamous like some just try to be..!

its a hard to know how much personal stuff to share and what to keep private, I think with social media/youtube/instagram and what ever other platforms your on they expect more and more personal stuff to the point where its uncmfortable to share. To Me this would be hard to share and I thank you for being so open about it. I guess alot see what is displayed in the videos and they dont understand how much actual work (and it is work) goes into just 1, 30-40 minute show. Thank you for being so open and honest about it all, I really do appreciate it. Now lets get down to the nitty gritty stuff (hahaha) Im keen to see a video on the gear you use and programs to edit all your stuff because quite frankly its amazing and easy viewing. Love your work Guys
@AussieDestinationsUnknown2 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Robb! Yes, it was a hard video to film, but, we are open people and felt it wasn’t right just to share all the positive without the negative. We don’t want people to think it’s easy and give up everything to find out it’s not. In regards to editing etc we’ve decided not to do a video on that … but it’s basically Final Cut Pro, a combo of GH5, iPhone, GoPros and DJI drone plus years of figuring it all out 😅
